it was a rainy, gloomy day for the Traslacion 2008. It is the procession of th image of Our Lady of Peñafrancia from her home at the Basilica Minore to the Metropolitan Cathedral. The image is brought for the novena masses soa s to accomodate the huge number of devotees of Ina coming from the different places in the Philippines.
The rain with the gusty winds did not hinder the devotees in participating the Traslacion. I was present there with my dorm-mates. The rain maybe is a sign of blessing from Ina. Many little stories can be heard from every walks of life. Stories of miracle, healing and guidance of Ina.
May the devotees especially the Bicolanos prepared themselves and indulge themselves in the proper way of devotion to Ina and the Divino Rostro.
